Mottram St Andrew is an affluent hamlet set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. It is however unique in that whilst it has a peaceful, rural location it is in the heart of the ‘Golden Triangle’ of Alderley Edge, Prestbury and Wilmslow, being just a few miles from each and all that they have to offer.
Alderley Edge is one of the most picturesque and prestigious villages in the North West, with a busy high street featuring stylish and high quality wine bars, restaurants and more practical amenities.
Prestbury is a beautifully picturesque village, dating back to 1220. It offers a number of useful local amenities in addition to bars, restaurants and hotels
Wilmslow is a thriving town, with a large selection of shops, several supermarkets, restaurants, bars and amenities of all descriptions.
Golf and other sporting interests are catered for within a few miles, and a first class selection of both state and private schools can be found in the immediate area.
Whilst Mottram St Andrew and the surrounding areas all benefit from their countryside locations, it is a mere fifteen miles from the centre of Manchester, with the wider motorway network and Manchester airport approximately five miles away.
